The campaigns, for each of the district’s market towns of Grantham, Bourne, Market Deeping and Stamford are designed to help boost business and put South Kesteven on the map.
The films are available to view on line and the brochures will be sent to agents, land owners and land agents, major businesses and potential investors. Brochures are also available to download from the SKDC website.
Grantham’s growth plans and rail links to London are among the highlights focussed on.
SKDC Chief Executive Beverly Agass said: “We are happy to embrace all the advantages that electronic marketing offer but we also value brochures that are ideal for use at events and for those people who just prefer the look and feel of a traditional publication.
The brochures will be available at exhibitions, trade shows and distributed to property agents.
The films have attracted praise from participants.
“The schools and education system are very good; the area offers affordable housing and of course we have great transportation links within the Midlands and to London – so Grantham, as a location, is still the heart of our business.”
The films feature former MP and TV personality Michael Portillo.
